This rosé from Quinta da Rede is a delightfully concise burst of red fruit, spearheaded by Touriga Nacional and beautifully balanced by the refreshing acidity of Touriga Franca. The clever use of new French oak – 50% of the wine maturing in it – adds a welcome layer of complexity. Seriously elegant and incredibly refreshing, it’s a brilliant match for grilled fish or salmon, really.
