This Arcossó sparkling wine, born in the heart of Trás-os-Montes, is a bold statement – Pinot Noir planted in 2016 on a generous hectare of granite-rich slope. The extended lees fermentation (30 months!) and subsequent disgorgement in 2023, deliver a remarkably persistent and complex mousse. Honestly, it’s a wine that deserves to be savoured, especially with some freshly grilled fish or a particularly good selection of canapés.
