Quinta de Pancas is situated 45 km northwest of Lisbon, in the parish of Santo Estevão e Triana, in the so‑called “Alto Concelho de Alenquer” near the town of Pancas. The Alenquer vineyards stretch between the Serra de Montejunto and the Lezíria on the right bank of the Tagus River, unfolding across a landscape of mountains, hills, valleys and plains. The estate covers about 50 hectares of vineyard and is currently planted with red varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Merlot, Castelão, Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Among the white varieties, Arinto, Chardonnay and Vital stand out.
