Quinta de Santa Teresa Produced from Touriga Nacional and Vinhão vines grown on the upper slopes of the Quinta de Santa Teresa estate, above 350 m altitude. For this rosé, a “mosto de lágrima” (a carefully pressed must) is used, and part of the wine ages in wood. Quinta de Santa Teresa Rosé is a first‑category rosé, culinary‑grade, and holds good aging potential. **Vinification** The grapes are received at the cellar in 24‑kg crates, hand‑selected, destemmed, and subjected to pellicle maceration. The must ferments for about a year in oak. After stabilization the wine is bottled. No animal derivatives are used, making the wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken throughout vinification to minimise intervention, with the goal of producing a wine that fully expresses the grapes’ character and terroir.
