This rosé from Quinta de São Cristovão seems to have benefitted from a rather speedy journey – a fortunate harvest indeed! The blend of Syrah and Touriga Nacional, gathered in September 2018, was carefully handled with a mechanical harvest and temperature-controlled fermentation (13°C) to preserve its vibrant freshness. A brief lees aging adds a touch of complexity, making it a delightful partner for grilled fish or a refreshing berry salad.
