Quinta do Banco Branco is made from the Rabigato, Fernão Pires, Viosinho and Arinto grapes, featuring dominant floral aromas and a mineral profile. On the palate it becomes persistent and balanced. The earliest references to Quinta das Cabanas date back to the 18th century, when it was involved in the General Company of Agriculture of the Vineyards of Alto Douro, where marker no. 18 of the Pombaline Declarations of 1756 was placed. Today, the owning family has also acquired other properties in the Baixo Corgo sub‑region, totalling about 90 hectares of vineyards aged between 25 and 35 years, planted with native varieties.
