This Encruzado and Malvasia-Fina from Quinta do Cerrado certainly enjoyed a fascinating coming-of-age in the cellar. The new French oak has imparted a delightful sweetness of spice and peach, with a hint of citrus zest – a truly captivating experience, we’d say. The palate is remarkably elegant and balanced, showcasing a toasted nuance that beautifully complements the fresh fruit. Wonderful with delicate fish or white meats, served at a cool 8°C, of course.
