This Crasto Reserva, born from the estate’s ancient vines, is a wine steeped in tradition – you can really taste the terroir here. Made primarily with robust Touriga Nacional and Aragonez, it delivers a concentrated red with plenty of tannin, but thankfully, a rhythm that encourages a slow, appreciative savouring. It’s a fantastic match for a hearty beef stew, if you ask me.
