Vinification: The grapes, sourced from the best plots of Tinta Roriz at Quinta do Crasto, were brought to the winery in 22‑kg plastic crates, where they were rigorously inspected on a sorting table. The grapes were first crushed in a traditional stone vat (“lagar”) and, afterward, transferred to an open stainless‑steel tank, where the cap was pressed with robotic pistons. Fermentation took place for 10 days under a strictly temperature‑controlled environment. The wine aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels (225 liters).
