Quinta do Estanho Fresh grapes at their optimal ripening point, hand‑picked and transported in 20‑kg crates. After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes underwent 5 days of cold maceration. Fermentation took place over 10 days, with daily de‑gassing. After alcoholic fermentation, 50 % of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Allergen information Contains sulfites.
