Quinta do Infantado Vineyards Class A (the highest classification in the Demarcated Region of Douro). The vintages stem from Old Vineyards featuring a wide variety of noble Douro grapes, all grown in certified integrated production to minimise environmental impact. Winemaking: Grapes are shipped in 20 kg crates, mechanically crushed with partial destemming, and fermented in a press vat with mechanical crushing using indigenous yeasts. Fermentation is halted with 77 % wine spirit, then the wine matures in oak barrels and 100‑year‑old casks. Bottling occurred on 31 August 2018 at the estate, without fining or filtration, producing 816 magnums, 6,534 bottles and 1,001 half‑bottles, all numbered. Viticulture: José Carlos Oliveira and João Roseira. Enology: Luís Soares Duarte and Álvaro Roseira.
