The Quinta do Monte d'Oiro Reserva Branco is an organic wine from the Lisbon region, made exclusively from the Viognier grape. Part of the batch ferments and ages for six months in new French oak barrels, adding depth and complexity to the overall. It displays a crystal yellow hue and an elegant aromatic profile, marked by delicate floral notes. In the mouth it reveals freshness, balanced acidity, and a distinct salinity, finishing with a dry, harmonious, and persistent finish that reflects the Atlantic character of the great Lisbon whites. Quinta Monte d'Oiro is located in the Lisbon wine region, in the municipality of Alenquer, and dates back to the 17th century, being recognized for its privileged terroir. The clay‑limestone soils and Mediterranean microclimate with strong Atlantic influence allow progressive and complete ripening of the grapes, and consequently, the preservation of the aromas imparted to the wine.
