A marriage of carefully selected grapes that form the terroir of Malhadinha Nova, giving uniqueness to the wines bearing the HMN label. The grapes were cultivated in our vineyards and hand‑picked, transported in small 12‑kg crates to the winery, sorted before being destemmed and lightly crushed.
