Description

The grapes were hand‑picked and transported to the cellar in 20‑kg crates. They were vinified in vats with foot‑pressing, and fermentation proceeded over six days in the vat using indigenous yeasts. The wine then spent 18 months aging in 600‑liter barrels. It displays an intense ruby hue; bringing the glass to the nose, the aroma unfolds gradually. Initially the oak and juniper dominate, giving way to a fresh, herb‑spiced bouquet. The wine then appears lively and fruit‑rich. On the palate it arrives with power, a soft, fruit‑filled sphere wrapped in gentle tannins, sliding to a long, fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
