Following fermentation in 225-litre oak barrels, a subtle malolactic process adds smoothness and complexity, while a year of aging in these barrels further intensifies the wine’s robust nature and aromas – perfect alongside a hearty beef dish or perhaps rabbit with a touch of berry compote.
