Remarkably fresh and taut considering the 290g/l residual sugar, with a vibrant 6.52g/l acidity, it’s a truly exceptional wine from the Setúbal Peninsula. A fantastic accompaniment to a well-aged, hard cheese, wouldn't you agree?
