This rosé from Quinta do Sobral is a true labour of love, born from the family’s dedication. Crafted from Aragonez and Touriga Nacional grapes, it’s nurtured by the estate’s 15 hectares – a beautiful vineyard and surrounding woodland expertly overseen by the Simões family and the influence of Jorge Loureiro. It’s a remarkably expressive wine, and we think it’d be particularly delightful with some grilled fish or a creamy, fresh cheese.
