Quinta dos Avidagos—manual harvest for small boxes. Total destemming, cold pre‑maceration, and fermentation with moderate temperature control in stainless‑steel tanks, gently remixed daily. The wine undergoes a long post‑fermentation maceration and is then partially aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It remains unfiltered and unstabilised, preserving all its character—and may deposit. Winemakers: Rui Cunha and Eurico Gonçalves.
