A modest quantity, perhaps, but one that brilliantly showcases the potential of the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Francisca, and Sousão grapes, thriving beautifully in this terroir. It’s a fantastic accompaniment to a hearty roast and a particularly characterful cheese.”
