This Nogueira Reserva clearly benefitted from a very attentive upbringing. Crafted with Pinot Noir and Touriga Nacional, grapes patiently harvested and fermented with a careful maceration – you can almost hear the contemplation! Aged for 12 months in French oak, it’s achieved a remarkably elegant integration, worthy of envy even from the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo’s granite. The palate displays impressive freshness, with tannins flowing like the Atlantic breeze, and a finish that promises a dignified evolution – perhaps even a delightful surprise over the next decade. Wonderful with a grilled fish with lemon, to amplify its salinity.
