The schistous influence of the local geology, coupled with the morning dew, gives it an incredibly expressive minerality – it’s almost as if the stone itself is whispering. The complex aromas of violet and orange blossom intertwine beautifully with wild berries, a testament to the tannins’ perfect ripeness and resulting in a remarkably smooth and lingering finish.
