This Alvarinho and Travadinha from Vinho Verde clearly benefited from a youthful fermentation – a fitting tribute to the Alvarinho grape. The youthful Travadinha undoubtedly added a burst of fruity exuberance, but thankfully, the winemaker’s experience kept it grounded. Wonderful with grilled white fish or delicate shellfish, really.
