Quinta Seara d’Ordens The nobility of the grape varieties from our old vineyards at Quinta, combined with 30 % Viosinho, the soil, and the unique microclimate of the Douro, has given this wine a striking personality and a singular character. **Vinification** Film contact at low temperature, followed by pressing with partial drainage. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels. The remaining 40 % fermented in a tank, with bâtonnage over fine lees. **Aging** Sixty percent of the wine aged for six months in French oak barrels, followed by two months of bottle maturation. **Pairing** Ideal with baked cod, meats, and a variety of starters. **Profile and Aging Potential** An intense and mature wine that expresses the Douro terroir in a distinct way.
