This Touriga Nacional from Quinta Seara D’Ordens is clearly built to age beautifully – the producer certainly hopes so! Expect a deeply concentrated, fully-developed wine, characteristic of the Douro. It’s a fantastic match for strong cheeses like goat or sheep, or some of the region’s heartier cured meats. Seriously, it’d be superb with a rich venison dish, or just enjoyed with good company, of course.
