Quinta Vale D. Maria Grapes harvested by hand, selected on the carpet and destemmed before entering the granite vats. After crushing, they ferment for 7 to 10 days in vats or stainless‑steel tanks. The wines are clarified and transferred to new 225 L French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. They age for 21 months in the same barrels. Allergen information Contains sulfites.
