Quinta da Rede Region: Controlled Designation of Origin – Douro | Baixo Corgo Vinification: The grapes were vinified whole, using a very gentle pneumatic press to extract only the clear juice. Half of the must fermented in stainless‑steel tanks at 15 °C, while the other half fermented in new French oak barrels. In both cases the fine lees were stirred after fermentation. Maturation: 50 % of the wine spent six months aging in new French oak barrels. Pairing: A serious, ambitious rosé that pairs wonderfully with shellfish in sauce, refined fish dishes, pasta with mussels or shrimp, and exotic oriental cuisine. Allergen information: Contains sulfites. SKU: 106620
