It’s a medium-bodied red, beautifully balanced with a vibrant acidity and incredibly smooth tannins, courtesy of a touch of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll detect hints of ripe red fruit alongside a warming spice note, and it’s absolutely perfect alongside a traditional Bacalhau à Brás.
