The Ribeira do Corso Reserva white wine, crafted from a harmonious blend of grapes such as Dona Branca, Fernão Pires, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Verdelho Branco and Viosinho, displays an engaging citrine hue. On the nose it offers an intense tropical fruit aroma with subtle toasted barrel nuances, standing out for its freshness and delicacy. On the palate it delivers a fresh, stimulating bite, followed by evolving aromas wrapped in a distinctive regional acidity and body, culminating in great persistence. A century ago the Mirandese Plateau became a hub of winemaking excellence, and since 1959 the Ribadouro Agricultural Cooperative has stood out, blending tradition and innovation to capture the region’s distinctive flavor through refined cultivation and production methods.
