This Ribeiro Sombrío offers a wonderfully refreshing experience, driven by the Touriga Nacional which lends beautiful floral notes and vibrant red fruit. The high acidity is beautifully balanced by a luxuriously smooth texture – a fantastic pairing with black pork, perhaps alongside a vibrant green apple purée. A wine with real character and, frankly, well-deserved recognition.
