This red, primarily crafted with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Aragonez, has benefited from aging in French oak barrels, adding a layer of complexity. The eastern-facing exposure and the distinctive xisto-rich soils – remnants of an ancient Roman quarry – contribute a remarkable freshness and elegance. A truly impressive wine, ideally paired with a hearty beef dish or even a succulent lamb roast, as Rui Roboredo Madeira himself would suggest.
