Rola No Douro, World Heritage, is born as a product of excellence and quality, with traditional characteristics. The grapes used come from several vineyard plots over 50 years old. The early harvests yielded musts of good quality, with high sugar levels, good acidity, and phenolic compounds. Vinification and ageing: the grapes were fermented in stainless steel for 7 to 10 days at temperatures between 22° and 26°. The wines are clarified to allow malolactic fermentation. After this second fermentation, 30 % of the wines are aged 9–12 months in barrels. Allergen information Contains sulfites.
