This "Sapientia" unfolds as a remarkably contemplative wine, brimming with ripe fruit – almost as if it’s been allowed to linger a touch too long. The tannins, substantial and thoughtful like a seasoned philosopher, are surprisingly refined, culminating in a long, lingering finish.
