This Sável is a playful little number, isn’t it? It bursts with effervescence, like an unexpected dip in the river. The Espadeiro and Vinhão contribute a bright citrus freshness – think bergamot, with occasional hints of ripe cherry. Light-bodied and undeniably refreshing, characteristic of Vinho Verde, it’s superb with grilled fish or a selection of fresh cheeses.
