Scala Coeli derives its name from the Monastery of Santa Maria Scala Coeli, commonly known as the Monastery of the Cartusqueans, a place where Carthusian monks lived in silence and prayer. The Scala Coeli brand is built on the finest vinifications each year, spanning from less traditional varieties to those from Alentejo, and the first wine was released in 2011.
