Seisdedos Família is a monovarietal white wine made from Rufete, aged for 10 months on lees, which enhances its glycerol character. Only 2,000 bottles of this velvety and elegant wine are produced, with aromatic notes ranging from white flowers to quince jam. As a curiosity, the label displays an original photograph of the Seisdedos Maíllo family – Ricardo, Serafina, and their four children José, Remedios, Carmelo, and Ana María, mother of Agustín, the mastermind behind this winemaking project.
