This wine is a clear demonstration that master Raul Riba d’Ave still champions traditional methods – a wonderfully unrefined “batch” of wines from the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior. The Touriga Nacional and Aragonez provide the backbone, beautifully complemented by the surprising freshness of the Touriga Francesa. It’s a fantastic pairing for game meats, or perhaps a slow-cooked lamb shoulder – a truly comforting combination.
