This cava is named after the founder’s wife and, according to the couple’s children, it is “a tribute to their love for this land, a constant in their life.” The Xarel·lo grape used comes from a small plot whose soil contains fossils in its deepest layers. It offers mineral aromas with a characteristic toasted note and a tasty, fruity palate.
