The Cabriolet tinto is a special‑edition wine, crafted in exceptional years exclusively from Touriga Nacional sourced from Serra de São Mamede, where altitude, cool climate, and granite soils enhance the grape’s expression. It displays an intense ruby colour and an elegant, complex floral aroma. On the palate it offers freshness, structure, and balance, with great precision and notable ageing potential. A singular wine that truly shines when the grape reaches its peak. Susana Esteban is one of Portugal’s winemakers who has won the most awards. Her brilliant creations remain memorable, and her collaborations showcase what’s best in Portuguese wine. She began her career in 1999, and in 2011 she established her project in Alentejo, purchasing her first vineyard plots. In 2012 she received the most prestigious prize a winemaker can earn in Portugal—the title of “Winemaker of the Year” from *Revista de Vinhos*—and, up to that point, she was the only woman to receive this distinction.
