A Alta Alella produces this orange wine using Pansa rosé and Pansa branca, which in this wine region correspond to the Xarel·lo vermell and Xarel·lo common grapes, respectively. After a two‑month maceration in clay amphorae (a friable‑sandy material), it comes out very aromatic, with citrus and fennel notes in the nose and a balanced, fresh palate.
