Born from the heart of Cima Corgo, this wine embodies the unrelenting schist that defines the Douro Valley. These vines, meticulously planted on steep terraces – a testament to patience – showcase the classic Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. Harvested by hand, plot by plot, because, as we all know, it’s in the details that truly matter, and, of course, in the careful timing dictated by the grapes themselves. The resulting fermentation in stainless steel, with gentle pump-overs, delivers a remarkably fresh and elegant mouthfeel, ideally paired with a grilled fish with lemon and garlic.
