**Tecedeiras Terroir** The various vineyard plots that gave rise to this wine come from the Cima Corgo sub‑region. We selected several old vineyards and plots of extreme grape varieties, such as Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional, planted on a range of exposures and elevations. **Winemaking** Manual harvest. Manual selection of the bunches. De‑stemming and gentle crushing of the berries. The grapes fermented in granite vats with foot‑pumping, stainless‑steel tanks, and new 500‑litre French oak barrels. Each of these fermentation styles imparts a distinct character to the wine. After 19 months of barrel aging, we blended the lot and performed a light pre‑bottling settling. The wine rested for one year before release. All our wines are corked with natural cork. The wines are not filtered nor cold‑stabilised, so they may develop a precipitate with age. **Allergen information** Contains sulphites. SKU: 106808
