This Terras de Santo António is already showing remarkable maturity, thanks to its backbone of Aragonez and the subtle elegance of Touriga Nacional. Expect a nose brimming with cassis and ripe fruit, underpinned by lovely floral notes – a clear indication of a terroir with real character. On the palate, the tannins are present but beautifully balanced with an impressive elegance, achieved through careful vinification in oak barrels. Seriously, it’s fantastic with a hearty red meat, but equally delicious savoured on its own alongside a good blue cheese.
