Texture Produced from old vines in the Dão, this wine ferments in barrels and foudre without temperature control. It is a low‑intervention white, very elegant and with a lively acidity despite its density and complexity. Rich and fresh, it salivates with its vibrant acidity. Still a young white with the ability to evolve in the bottle. Old vines planted on granite soil, aged between 60 and 100 years, at about 600 metres above sea level. The varieties are predominantly Encruzado, Bical, Fernão Pires, Dona Branca (Syrah), Rabo de Ovelha, Malvasia Fina, and other traditional regional grapes.
