This Textura da Estrela Rosé is a bold statement, straight from the granite slopes of the Serra da Estrela. Crafted from 28-year-old vines of Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional, it delivers a remarkable minerality – you could swear it’s grown right out of the rock. Indigenous yeast fermentation and no stirring (“sur lie”) have layered a serious level of complexity, with notes of red berries and brioche.
