This "Titan" rosé is a real surprise – born from vines stubbornly clinging to 700-meter-high slopes with a distinctive xisto-granite soil. The meticulous hand-picking, using 20kg boxes, combined with fermentation in French oak barrels at a precise 12°C, clearly elevates this wine. With a substantial 22g/L of total dry extract, it’s a wine that’s certainly not messing about, and pairs wonderfully with rich, fatty fish or aged cheeses – a truly memorable combination.
