Crafted from Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz, the wine is lightly pressed to achieve a light, attractive colour. The aim is to balance the richness and complexity of the varieties with the freshness and joy that only a low‑tannin rosé can provide. The vines are situated in the Terras de Senhorim sub‑region, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted on granite soils at elevations between 400 m and 500 m, with an average age of 36 years. The selected red grapes were quickly pressed at low pressures in a pneumatic press to minimise colour extraction. The resulting must was sent to a decantation vessel and cooled to prevent premature fermentation for about 36 hours. After adding selected yeasts, fermentation was carried out at controlled temperatures between 15 °C and 17 °C. It pairs beautifully with fish, pasta dishes, sushi, salads, and white meats. Enology: Carla Rodrigues, Carloto Magalhães, and Manuel Vieira.
