This Três Bagos is clearly a wine born from the cellar – a small-batch production that speaks to a meticulous approach. The fermentation, split between stainless steel and new French oak, delivers a beautiful straw-coloured hue and a captivating blend of white pear, white plum, and a surprising hint of pineapple. The wine’s minerality is wonderfully amplified by the vanilla from the oak, resulting in a wonderfully balanced structure and a lingering finish. It’s a fantastic match for grilled fish or a fresh fruit salad, really.
