Grown on vines planted 35 years ago, and remarkably positioned just below the castle of Kaysersberg, it delivers an exceptional mineral character and complexity, transporting you straight to the heart of Alsace. Following the success of 2014, a second harvest suggests an even more refined balance, boasting floral aromas and citrus notes – a wine destined for many years of enjoyment. Wonderful with seafood or curried dishes, really.
