This Vadio Rexarte, born from the heart of the Alentejo, seems to have luxuriated in a long, patient maturation. Twelve months in French oak have gently tempered the Baga’s exuberance, while the additional 24 months in the bottle ensure a slow, considered evolution. The result is a robust red, retaining the character of the grape, yet possessing a refined elegance—perfectly suited to accompany a traditional *porco à alentejana* – a truly classic pairing.
