Valle Pradinhos Region: Macedo de Cavaleiros, Trás‑os‑Montes **Soil**: Xistose origin, with medium clay content and quartz presence. **Climate**: Temperate, with continental characteristics. **Vinification**: Hand‑harvested, with rigorous selection of bunches. Total destemming followed by pre‑fermentative maceration. Fermentation is conducted with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual punch‑downs. Long post‑fermentation maceration ensues. The wine spends 18 months in 225‑L French oak barrels. It is neither filtered nor cold‑stabilised, so sediment may form. Bottled in August 2022. Released on the market in September 2025. **Winemaker**: Rui Cunha. **Serving**: Enjoy between 15 °C and 17 °C, preferably in Bordeaux‑style glasses.
